  2. Images must be 500 pixels wide (or smaller) and 300 KB file size (or smaller). Files larger than this will not load into the submission tool.

If You Receive an Error Message

    1. Image width is 500 pixels or smaller
    2. Image file size is 300 KB or smaller

  3. Try eliminating special characters in words.
  4. Try eliminating fractions.
  5. Write down the exact wording in the error message and email it to Stacy Croninger (scroninger@creativecraftsgroup.com).

If You Do Not Have a Paper Crafts Profile

  1. If you receive an error message that the login information is not correct, check that you are using your Paper Crafts login.
  2. If you do not have a Paper Crafts account, choose Create a New Profile from the upper right area below the navigation or click here.
  3. If you have an account but cannot remember your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login window.

Resize Images Using Photoshop or Photoshop Elements

  1. Open image.
  2. Click File, Save for Web & Devices.
  3. In Image Size Width or New Size Width, type 500. Note: Make sure the chain icon is connected, which means sizing occurs proportionately - as width changes height changes accordingly to maintain perspective.
  4. Press Tab key to see changes.
  5. Notice in the lower left corner of image box the file size is displayed below the file type. Make sure this is less than 300K.
    1. If file size is more than 300K, click drop-down menu below file type in upper right corner and choose a lower resolution (maximum is largest, low is smallest).
  6. Click Save. Choose folder and type name for image to save as.

Resize Images Using Picasa

  1. Open image.
  2. Click File, Export Picture to Folder.
  3. In the Size option, type the size you want. Note: Picasa uses the height for size and not width so you'll need to figure out the correct height for your image to be 500 pixels or smaller width.
  4. Click Save. Choose folder and type name for image to save as.

If you have further questions or you are unable to submit after trying these suggestions, please email Stacy Croninger at scroninger@creativecraftsgroup.com.
