Spicy Mango Salad Dressing

This sweet and spicy dressing is great for a summer salad, and with its fresh ingredients, it’s great for your waistline, too.
INGREDIENTS
1 large mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped coarsely
1/3 c. seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 c. lime juice
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. almond oil
2 green onions, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp. ginger, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients. Chill until ready to use or serve at room temperature.

SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (black) Patterned paper: (Masquerade from Elegant collection) American Crafts Vellum: (green) Clear stamp: (wreath from Winterland set) Inkadinkado Dye ink: (white) Fibers: (green cording; black grosgrain, green polka dot ribbon) Tools: (1" scalloped circle punch) Martha Stewart Crafts; (2", 1 1/2", 1/8" circle punches) Other: (jar) Finished size: 3 1/4" diameter x 6 1/4" height
1 Cut patterned paper to fit around jar; adhere. 2 Wrap ribbon around jar; adhere. Wrap ribbon around jar; knot. 3 Punch circle from cardstock; stamp wreath. Punch hole and attach to ribbon with cording. 4 Punch scalloped circle from patterned paper and circle from vellum. Layer circles; adhere to lid.
