SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (kraft) Bazzill Basics Paper; (white) Neenah Paper; (black) American Crafts Patterned paper: (Numerical from Classic Calico Vol. 2 collection) Studio Calico Accents: (clear rhinestones) Creative Charms; (wood stars) Studio Calico Font: (Lobster) fontsquirrel.com Tools: (typewriter) Brother; (circle punch) Marvy Uchida Finished size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
1 Make card from cardstock.
2 Circle-punch patterned paper, trim, stitch edges, and adhere to card.
3 Die-cut "Happy birthday" from cardstock using electronic die cutting machine and font. Adhere.
4 Type sentiment on cardstock with typewriter, trim, and adhere to card with foam tape.
5 Adhere stars and rhinestones.
Designer Tip
When machine stitching in a circle, use a long stitch length and sew slowly. You can also hand walk the needle one stitch at a time.
