1 Make card from cardstock.

2 Mat patterned paper with cardstock; adhere.

3 Tie on twine and attach brads. Adhere clothespin.

4 Trim stars from patterned paper; adhere. Note: Attach one star to clothespin and adhere with foam tape.

5 Stamp frame and celebrate on cardstock, trim, and adhere. Adhere rhinestones.
