SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (white) Georgia-Pacific Accents: (chipboard frame) Maya Road; (red glitter) Martha Stewart Crafts Rub-on: (be mine heart) Melissa Frances Fibers: (black stitched ribbon) Michaels Template: (Swiss Dots embossing) Provo Craft Tool: (corner rounder punch) EK Success Finished size: 4 1/4" square
1 Make card from cardstock. Round corners.
2 Emboss cardstock, round corners, and adhere.
3 Tie on ribbon.
4 Cover frame with glitter; set aside to dry.
5 Emboss cardstock, trim, and apply rub-on. Adhere to frame.
6 Adhere frame with foam tape.
Designer Tip
Sometimes less is more. If you want the sentiment to be the focal point of the card, keep the background very neutral.
