1 Make card from cardstock.

2 Mat cardstock strip with cardstock and adhere.

3 Die-cut label from cardstock, stamp medallions, and adhere with foam tape.

4 Die-cut square frame from cardstock; adhere trim. Adhere with foam tape.

5 Die-cut circle from cardstock. Stamp Decorative Crest Circle. Adhere with foam tape.

6 Stamp sentiment on cardstock strip, trim, and adhere.

7 Adhere rhinestones.
