1 Make card from cardstock.

2 Adhere twine.

3 Die-cut birds from cardstock, stamp birds, and color with markers. Adhere with foam tape.

4 Stamp happy and birthday on cardstock, trim, and adhere with foam tape.

5 Die-cut circle border from cardstock rectangle; adhere with foam tape. Tie on twine.
