1 Make card from cardstock; adhere patterned paper.

2 Place quarters inside packaging; adhere cardstock to back.

3 Mat piece with cardstock, adhere trim, and adhere to card.

4 Print sentiment on cardstock, trim, and adhere.

5 Punch stars from cardstock and patterned paper; adhere with foam tape.

Try Stampin' Up

The new mini catalog has this product. It is about 1 3/4" in diameter, and they have a punch and a stamp set that go with it (sold separately).
