TAG
1 Make tag from cardstock.
2 Adhere strips of cardstock; punch top corners of tag.
3 Stamp and emboss flowers. Affix stickers to spell “Mom”.
4 Punch hole in top, adhere felt flower, and tie ribbon.

BRACELET
1 Slide ribbon slides on ribbon.
2 Tie to tag.
