SUPPLIES:  Cardstock: (Cherry Cobbler, Basic Black) Stampin' Up!   Patterned paper: (Le Cirque Tags, Circus Parade from Le Cirque collection) Graphic 45 Fibers: (red seam binding) Stampin' Up!  Finished size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

1 Make card from cardstock.

2 Trim and adhere patterned paper.

3 Cut tag from patterned paper; adhere to cardstock strip with foam tape.

4 Thread ribbon through tag, wrap around cardstock strip, and tie into bow. Adhere.

Designer Tip

When trimming patterned paper, pay attention to your cuts to make sure the pattern will be centered on your card.
