1 Make pocket from cardstock. Pierce line, adhere sides, and punch top edge.

2 Die-cut five from cardstock; adhere with foam tape.3 Punch star from cardstock; adhere. Adhere rhinestone.

4 Print circus banner on cardstock twice. Cut out one banner. Fussy-cut lion from second banner and adhere to banner with foam tape. Adhere around skewer.

5 Insert banner and tag in pocket.

6 Tie on ribbon.
