1 Trim top of bag in a curve.

2 Trim patterned paper; round edges and adhere.

3 Die-cut patterned paper strips; pleat; adhere together and adhere.

4 Affix stickers.

Designer Tip

To make a perfect V cut at the end of your banner, first snip a line from the center, and then cut from each corner to the end of the snip.

Bonus Idea

Cut slits in the card and slip the dowel through if you want your recipient to be able to easily remove the mustache from the card.
