ELEMENTARY DESIGN
1 Cut patterned paper to fit bag front; sand edges and adhere.
2 Print sentiment on cardstock; trim and sand edges. Double-mat with cardstock, ink edges, and adhere.
3 Tie ribbon to handle; trim ends.

SECONDARY DESIGN

1 Repeat steps 1-3 in elementary design.
2 Attach brads.

GRADUATE DESIGN
1 Repeat steps 1-2 in secondary design.
2 Print sentiment on cardstock; trim into tag and sand edges. Mat with cardstock.
3 Punch hole in tag; tie to brad with floss.
