1 Make card from cardstock. Trim patterned paper to fit card front; adhere.
2 Trim patterned paper strip; adhere.
3 Print sentiment on cardstock, trim and round corners; adhere with foam tape.
4 Trim scallop sticker and affix to card front; adhere buttons.
5 Tie on twine.
