1 Make card from cardstock. Ink edges of patterned paper and adhere.

2 Ink edges of patterned paper and mat with cardstock; adhere.

3 Punch pennants from cardstock and patterned paper, ink edges, adhere together with twine in between. Adhere to card, using foam tape on some.

4 Tie ribbon around card.

5 Cut tag from cardstock, ink edges, affix boo!, attach brad, and adhere.
