1 Make card from cardstock, adhere patterned paper, and round corner. 2 Stamp sentiment on cardstock rectangle. Pierce straight line and scallops. 3 Stitch and trim scallops. 4 Tie ribbon on panel, attach brads, and round corner. 5 Double-mat panel with cardstock and patterned paper. Adhere panel to card with foam tape.

Designer Tip

Make sure you place a self healing mat or a mouse pad under your cardstock when piercing. This will keep your work surface unscathed and your cardstock smooth.
