1 Make card from cardstock.

2 Trim patterned paper, adhere to card front.

3 Punch circles from cardstock; adhere.

4 Apply rub-ons.

An adorable card can be designed with fewer supplies than one might imagine. With only patterned paper, a circle punch and rub-ons as extra supplies, Tanis created a crafty, eye-catching design.
