1 Adhere transparency sheet to gift bag.
2 Adhere pleated ribbon. Adhere heart with foam tape.
3 Stamp sentiment on cardstock, trim, and round corners.
4 Adhere rhinestone trim to stamped panel and adhere to gift bag with foam tape.
