TISSUE PAPER FLOWER
SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (lime green) Dye ink: (Antique Linen) Tim Holtz/Ranger Industries Fibers: (natural jute twine) Papertrey Ink Other: (burgundy tissue paper) Finished size: 5" x 4 1/2"
1 Cut tissue paper into 8" x 6" rectangle.
2 Repeat to create 8 rectangles; stack together.
3 Accordion-fold rectangles, fold in half, and tie middle with twine. Round ends.
4 Separate layers, pulling upwards.
5 Trim leaves from cardstock.
6 Score, ink, and fold leaves. Adhere to flower.
EMBOSSED HOLLY
SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (lime green, cream) Clear stamps: (circle tag from Seasons of Love - Tags set; holiday wishes from Very Vintage Christmas set) Waltzingmouse Stamps Dye ink: (Rhubarb Stalk) Tsukineko; (Antique Linen, Vintage Photo) Tim Holtz/Ranger Industries Fibers: (tan ribbon) Schiff Ribbons; (natural jute twine) Papertrey Ink Template: (embossing flowers) Craft Concepts Other: (red tissue paper) Finished size: 4 1/4" x 5 3/4"
1 Emboss cardstock, trim holly leaves, and ink.
2 Stitch edges and center of leaves.
3 Roll tissue paper into balls, ink, and apply liquid adhesive. Adhere to leaves.
4 Stamp circle tag and holiday wishes on cardstock. Trim, ink edges, and hole-punch.
5 Tie twine to tag and adhere to leaves.
6 Tie on ribbon.
FABRIC FLOWER
SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (lime green, cream) Clear stamps: (25th, December from Santa's Coming to Town set; patterned holly leaves, berries, snowflake from Very Vintage Christmas set) Waltzingmouse Stamps Dye ink: (Rhubarb Stalk) Tsukineko; (Antique Linen) Tim Holtz/Ranger Industries Accents: (white doily) Wilton; (cream feathers) Fibers: (burgundy tulle) Die: (tag) Spellbinders Other: (cream felt, white pearl clip-on earring, cream ribbon) Finished sizes: flower 5" diameter, tag 2" x 3 3/4"
1 Trim fabric 38" x 1 1/2", fold in half lengthways, and sew loose edges together. Pull thread to gather.
2 Tie ends together and adhere to felt circle to create flower.
3 Adhere earring and feathers to flower.
4 Adhere doily to cardstock with repositionable adhesive; die-cut tag.
5 Remove doily from tag and ink.
6 Stamp snowflake, 25th, December, and patterned holly on tag.
7 Stamp patterned holly on cardstock, trim, and adhere to tag with foam tape.
8 Tie tulle to tag and adhere to flower.
VINTAGE ROSETTE
SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (burgundy, cream) Clear stamp: (merry Christmas label from Very Vintage Christmas set) Waltzingmouse Stamps Dye ink: (Coffee) Ranger Industries; (Antique Linen) Tim Holtz/Ranger Industries Fibers: (natural jute twine) Papertrey Ink Dies: (doily, circles) Spellbinders Other: (sheet music) Finished size: 5" diameter
1 Accordion-fold sheet music rectangle, fold in half, and tie middle with twine. Adhere ends to create rosette.
2 Die-cut circle and doily from cardstock.
3 Stamp merry Christmas label on smallest circle; ink edges. Stitch dies together.
4 Adhere stamped panel to rosette.
FELT FLOWER
SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (kraft) Dye ink: (Antique Linen) Tim Holtz/Ranger Industries Accent: (white doily) Wilton Fibers: (green leaf trim) May Arts; (cream ribbon) Schiff Ribbons Other: (cream, tan, beige felt) Finished size: 7 1/2" x 4"
1 Pleat cardstock rectangle; stitch to ribbon.
2 Ink doily and adhere pleated panel.
3 Adhere ribbon and leaf trim.
4 Cut circles from felt, spiral-cut, and roll into flowers. Adhere together and adhere to doily base.
