SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (Kiwi Kiss) BasicGrey; (Chocolate Chip) Stampin' Up!; (red) Patterned paper: (Holiday Treasures) Stampin Up! Rub-on: (peace on earth) Stampin' Up! Fibers: (red striped ribbon) Finished size: 4 1/4" square
1 Make card from cardstock; adhere patterned paper square and cardstock strip.
2 Apply rub-on to cardstock; mat with cardstock and adhere with foam tape.
3 Tie on ribbon.
