1 Create text box in software; type name and school near bottom of box. Print on cardstock. Trim and fold into card.

2 Cut cardstock piece.

4 Die-cut numbers from cardstock; adhere to cardstock piece. Adhere block to card with foam tape.

5 Attach ribbon with brads.
