SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (Beetle Black, Lily White, Candy Apple) Bazzill Basics Paper Accents: (red brads) American Crafts Fibers: (black stitched ribbon) May Arts Font: (Century Gothic) Microsoft Software: (word processing) Microsoft Adhesive: (foam tape) Dies: (Diesel alphabet) QuicKutz Tool: (die cut machine) QuicKutz Finished size: 6" x 4"
1 Create text box in software; type name and school near bottom of box. Print on cardstock. Trim and fold into card.
2 Cut cardstock piece.
4 Die-cut numbers from cardstock; adhere to cardstock piece. Adhere block to card with foam tape.
5 Attach ribbon with brads.
