1 Seal envelope and stamp Lotus Background.

2 Cut one short end of the envelope. Score 3/4" from the other three sides. Form envelope into gift bag; seal bottom flaps.

3 Adhere cardstock and patterned paper strips.

4 Stamp sentiment on cardstock strip, trim, and adhere with foam tape.

5 Die-cut hearts from felt; adhere. Adhere pearls.

6 Hole-punch top and tie on ribbon.
