1 Die-cut cone from patterned paper, ink, stamp flourishes and adhere to form cone.

2 Hole punch cone on two sides, thread ribbon and tie off with knots.

3 Punch scalloped oval from cardstock, stamp happy harvest, and adhere with foam tape.

4 Punch circles from patterned paper, trim, and adhere layers to cone with foam tape.

5 Trim stem from cardstock and adhere with foam tape.
