1 Make card from cardstock; cover with specialty paper.
2 Cut patterned paper; ink edges and mat with patterned paper. Ink edges and adhere.
3 Apply rub-on.
4 Adhere stars and button.
5 Adhere trim.
6 Tie with ribbon.
