1 Make card from cardstock; adhere cardstock.

2 Stamp sentiment on cardstock rectangle.

3 Deboss cardstock strips, stamp stars, and punch half circles. Adhere to stamped panel.

4 Stitch edges of panel.

5 Thread buttons and beads on twine; adhere. Adhere panel.

6 Stamp stars on cardstock. Punch and adhere with foam tape.
