SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (white) Neenah Paper; (yellow) Bazzill Basics Paper Clear stamp: (sentiment from It's Your Day set) Hero Arts Dye ink: (black) Hero Arts; (Broken China) Tim Holtz/Ranger Industries Watermark ink: Tsukineko Embossing powder: (clear) Hero Arts Finish: (dimensional glaze) Ranger Industries Tool: (border punch) EK Success Finished size: 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"

1 Make card from cardstock. 2 Sprinkle water on cardstock. 3 Quickly add embossing powder to wet cardstock and emboss. 4 Ink embossed panel. Note: Wipe off excess ink from embossed portions. 5 Adhere panel to card. 6 Stamp sentiment on cardstock; trim. 7 Adhere stamped panel to cardstock with foam tape. Trim panel and adhere to card. 8 Border-punch cardstock. Apply dimensional glaze to punched stars and adhere to card. Note: Adhere some stars with foam tape.
