SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (white, black) Patterned paper: (Parker Road from Summer collection) Scenic Route Accents: (red, orange, green, aqua buttons) Rub-on: (sentiment) One Heart One Mind Fibers: (black string) Adhesive: (clear packing tape) Tool: (bone folder) Other: (wrapping paper) Target Finished size: 5 1/2" square
PACKING TAPE TRANSFER
1 Place packing tape over desired wrapping paper image. Press well using bone folder.
2 Place tape in water; let soak.
3 After 10 minutes, rub off all paper with fingers; let dry.
CARD
1 Make card from cardstock.
2 Cut and adhere cardstock piece.
3 Cut, crumple, and sand patterned paper pieces; adhere.
4 Trim tape transfer; adhere to cardstock. Trim and adhere to card.
5 Thread buttons with string. Adhere buttons and apply rub-on to card.
Designer Tip
You can change the look of the packing tape transfer by backing it with different colors or patterns.
