1 Paint bag; let dry. Tie raffia on handle. Adhere trim and ribbon.

2 Make 3" x 3 1/2" card from cardstock. Adhere patterned paper.

3 Print sentiment on patterned paper. Trim, sand edges, and attach with brads.

4 Punch circle from patterned paper; sand edges. Mat with scalloped circle punched from patterned paper and adhere.

5 Adhere seashell with foam tape.

6 Adhere card to bag.
