1 Make card from cardstock; adhere patterned paper.

2 Round bottom corners of patterned paper rectangle, mat with cardstock, and round bottom corners. Adhere.    

3 Trim pennants from patterned paper, adhere around toothpicks, and adhere to card.

4 Affix stickers and adhere pearls.
