Love Birds Card |

SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (Slipper embossed) Bazzill Basics Paper; (black, white, kraft) Papertrey Ink Patterned paper: (Edith Fitzbolt from Craft Fair collection) American Crafts Rubber stamp: (Pin Dot Scrapblock) Cornish Heritage Farms Clear stamps: (Blossom Trees) Tattered Angels; (circular sentiment from Love Songs set) Papertrey Ink Pigment ink: (Fresh Snow) Papertrey Ink Watermark ink: Tsukineko Chalk ink: (Creamy Brown) Clearsnap Specialty ink: (Dark Chocolate hybrid) Papertrey Ink Accent: (green button) Papertrey Ink Rub-on: (you and me) Heidi Grace Designs Sticker: (two little lovebirds) Heidi Grace Designs Fibers: (black stitched ribbon) Papertrey Ink; (jute twine) The Beadery Die: (heart) Provo Craft Tools: (border punch) Fiskars; (decorative-edge scissors) Provo Craft; (circle cutter) Creative Memories Finished size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
CARD FRONT
Ink all edges.
1 Make card from cardstock.
2 Punch bottom edge of cardstock piece and adhere.
3 Stitch piece of patterned paper and adhere.
4 Adhere ribbon; thread button with twine and tie to ribbon.
5 Mat sticker with cardstock, trim with decorative-edge scissors, and adhere with foam tape.
INSIDE
1 Stamp Pin Dot Scrapblock and tree image on inside of card.
2 Stamp circular sentiment on cardstock. Use circle cutter to create tire. Tie on twine and adhere.
3 Die-cut heart, mat with cardstock, and trim with decorative-edge scissors. Adhere heart and apply rub-on.
4 Trim patterned paper strips, ink edges, and adhere.
Designer Tip
When stitching, stitch paper pieces before you adhere them to your card. This leaves the inside of your card clean and neat.
