1 Make card from cardstock; adhere and affix clouds. Note: adhere one cloud with foam tape.
2 Stamp sentiment on cardstock strip; adhere. Stamp congratulations.
3 Tie string around front flap. Attach clothespins.
4 Adhere birds and heart. Affix heart sticker.
5 Attach $20 to clothespin.

Change the sentiment and attach a $5 bill for a fun 5th birthday card.
