SUPPLIES: Patterned paper: (Cream & Pink Polka scalloped from Sweet Pea collection) Creative Imaginations Rubber stamp: (love you from Love set) Heidi Swapp Dye ink: (Old Paper) Ranger Industries Paint: (white) Delta Accents: (pink, white chipboard alphabets) Heidi Swapp; (white metal circle bookplate) BasicGrey; (white glitter chipboard heart, white resin keyhole) Melissa Frances; (white, pink/cream buttons; white tag) Fibers: (hemp cord, tan twill ribbon; pink floss) Tool: (binder) Zutter Other: (white spiral binding) Zutter; (chipboard, photos) Finished size: 4" square
1. Cut five 4" squares of chipboard. Paint, let dry, and sand edges.
2. Cut patterned paper to fit bookplate; ink edges and adhere.
3. Tie ribbon on bookplate; adhere. Wrap cord behind cover and tie ends through bookplate.
4. Sand chipboard alphabet; stitch “L”. Spell “Love” with chipboard alphabet and heart; adhere keyhole.
5. Thread buttons with floss; adhere.
6. Embellish inside pages as desired with patterned paper, stamps, accents, fibers, and photos.
7. Assemble with binder and binding.
