1 Print verse on cardstock; trim to finished size.

2 Cut rectangle of patterned paper; adhere to printed piece. Round top corners.

3 Cut rectangles of cardstock and transparency sheet; adhere.

4 Cut strip of patterned paper; trim with decorative-edge scissors and adhere. Adhere rhinestones.

5 Attach eyelet; tie on ribbon.
