SUPPLIES:  Patterned paper: (Poll, Draft, Scroll from Basics collection) BasicGrey  Dye ink: (Vintage Photo) Ranger Industries  Paint: (black) Delta  Accents: (metal stars, fleur-de-lis) Creative Imaginations  Adhesive: (decoupage) Delta  Other: (wood desk tray) Michaels; (pencil holder) Hobby Lobby  Finished sizes: desk tray 10" x 12 1/2" x 2 1/4", pencil holder 3 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 3 1/4"

1 Paint both pieces and let dry.

2 Cut patterned paper to fit panels of both pieces; adhere with decoupage.

3 Lightly sand and ink all edges.

4 Adhere stars and fleur-de-lis.
