1 Make card from cardstock.
2 Trim patterned paper strip with decorative-edge scissors; adhere. Adhere patterned paper strip to bottom.
3 Adhere patterned paper.
4 Apply two photo corner rub-ons to form heart. Adhere rhinestones.
5 Apply sentiment rub-on.
6 Apply border rub-on to ribbon; tie around front flap.
7 Pin tag to ribbon.
