Pretty Plaid Party Hat |

SUPPLIES: Patterned paper: (Sew Plaid from Nifty Notions collection) Doodlebug Design Sticker: (yellow chipboard flower) Crate Paper Fibers: (yellow stitched ribbon) A Muse Studio Other: (pink, red crepe paper; party hat) Finished size: 4 3/4" diameter x 7" height
1 Disassemble party hat, flatten, and trace on patterned paper; cut out.
2 Cut 30" length of crepe paper; stitch center and pull thread to gather. Fold in half and adhere to patterned paper hat.
3 Adhere ribbon.
4 Layer crepe paper strips, cut fringe along top edge, roll, and staple to secure. Adhere to hat.
5 Adhere hat edges. Affix flower.
6 Remove party hat elastic and adhere to patterned paper hat.
