1 Make card from cardstock.
2 Cut patterned paper to fit card front; trim bottom edge with decorative-edge scissors. Ink edges and adhere.
3 Trim piece of patterned paper. Stitch and ink edges. Apply rub-on and adhere with foam tape.
4 Tie floss through button; adhere. Adhere chipboard puppies with foam tape. Adhere felt stars.
