SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (white) Georgia-Pacific Accents: (cream ledger chipboard buttons) Jenni Bowlin Studio; (pewter screw brad) Eyelet Outlet Stickers: (grid fabric; blue lined, ledger, text tags; reminisce) Studio Calico Fibers: (white crochet thread) Coats & Clark Finished size: 4 1/4" square
1 Make card from cardstock.
2 Cut tag from fabric sticker; affix stickers.
3 Thread buttons with crochet thread and adhere.
4 Attach brad.
