Instructions

1 Make card from cardstock; trim and adhere cardstock.

2 Punch circles from cardstock, adhere and trim excess.

3 Stamp sentiment.

4 Trim strip of felt, fold in half lengthwise and stitch raw edges together. Trim slits in folded side 1/4" apart down length of felt, roll cut felt into flower; adhere with wet adhesive.

5 Adhere flower.
