1 Make card from cardstock.

2 Stamp cat, moon, and Spooky on cardstock rectangle; emboss.

3 Apply glitter glue to stamped images and mat panel with cardstock.

4 Tie ribbon on panel and adhere with foam tape.

5 Adhere rhinestones.
