1 Die-cut bag fronts from cardstock and patterned paper; adhere together.

2 Adhere patterned paper rectangle and affix border sticker to panel.

3 Die-cut pinked circle from patterned paper, trim, and adhere to panel. Stitch seams.

4 Stamp happy birthday on panel, trim rulers from patterned paper, and adhere.

5 Adhere die cut panels to bag.

6 Adhere star with foam tape.

7 Thread buttons with twine; adhere to bag.

Trim down the top of your paper bag to fit your die cuts.
