SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (Vintage Cream, Pure Poppy, kraft) Papertrey Ink Patterned paper: (Poolside Die-Cut Lattice from Paperie collection) Making Memories Clear stamps: (thank you from Say It with Style set) Papertrey Ink Watermark ink: Tsukineko Chalk ink: (Creamy Brown) Clearsnap; (light brown) Embossing powder: (black) Stewart Superior Corp. Color medium: (blue, white gel pens) American Crafts Accents: (red buttons) Papertrey Ink Fibers: (blue floss) DMC Template: (stitching) Bazzill Basics Paper Tool: (circle punches) EK Success Finished size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
1 Make card from cardstock; trim patterned paper piece, ink edges, and adhere.
2 Trim cardstock piece and ink edges; stamp thank you, emboss, color, and adhere.
3 Trim cardstock piece and pierce flowers, using template; draw stitches with pen.
4 Punch circles from patterned paper and adhere with foam tape. Thread buttons with floss and adhere.
Designer Tip
To make coloring with a gel pen easier, heat-emboss your stamped image. The raised edges will make it easy to stay within the lines and get a nice clean image.
