1 Make card from cardstock.
2 Trim patterned paper to fit card front; adhere.
3 Trim patterned paper to 3 1/2" x 3 1/2"; adhere. Stitch edges.
4 Print “Congratulations” on cardstock; trim. Mat with cardstock and adhere.
5 Affix sticker.
6 Adhere trims and attach safety pin.
