1 Make card from cardstock; adhere patterned paper.

2 Stitch edges of cardstock rectangle, trim bottom with decorative-edge scissors, and ink edges. Adhere.

3 Stamp sentiment and Floral Feathers.  

4 Stamp Floral Feathers on felt, trim, and attach with brads.

5 Adhere patterned paper strip; stitch.

To prevent your stamped felt from smudging, cover it with a scrap of fabric and heat-set with a warm iron.
