1 Make card from cardstock.
2 Trim patterned paper to fit card front; ink edges and adhere.
3 Stamp Polka Dots Backgrounder on chipboard frame.
4 Trim patterned paper to fit behind frame. Stamp sentiment; adhere.
5 Stamp bird on cardstock. Trim and adhere. Adhere frame.
