1 Stamp image on tag. Cut patterned paper to fit tag, tear edge, and adhere.
2 Affix stickers and apply rub-ons to tag; ink edges.
3 Stamp image repeatedly on bag. Tear edge of patterned paper strip; adhere.
4 Affix stickers. Note: Ink sticker edges.
5 Tie tag to bag with ribbon.
