Designer Tip

After placing letter stickers on your card, flip card over and rub it with a bone folder. This will help ensure your stickers remain securely on the card. It will also help work out any air bubbles that might have occurred when you placed the stickers.

Getting Started with Sketches

Sketches are a great starting place for design. Check out our first Go-To Sketches column, featuring more cards based on Maren Benedict's super sketches, in Paper Crafts magazine's January/February 2010 issue.

To My Girl Card
I decided to make my niece this card but I did it a little different but it still turned our adordable. I used some crazy lined paper I had and put a purple square in the middle with the words of the card. Then I took a huge purple button and put it on the corner of the purple square with some yellow string that matched the lines on my paper and made an x then put it on the paper with a 3D Zot. It really turned out cute. Thanks for the idea.
