1 Print sentiment on cardstock. Fold into card, round bottom corners, and ink edges.

2 Heart-punch patterned paper; stitch to card.

3 Stamp small heart and adhere cardstock strips.

4 Affix stickers to spell "True blue" and adhere rhinestone.
