SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (True Black) Papertrey Ink Patterned paper: (Polka Dot Stripe, Brocade Orange from Spellbound collection) Making Memories Accents: (black buttons) Papertrey Ink; (silver glitter chipboard numbers) K&Company; (vintage halloween tag) Oak Hollow Primitives Fibers: (spider web ribbon) Making Memories Tool: (border punch) Martha Stewart Crafts; (3/4" circle punch) Fiskars Finished size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
1 Make card from cardstock. Adhere patterned paper.
2 Punch strip of patterned paper, adhere to tag, and punch hole.
3 Thread ribbon, tie bow, and adhere tag. Trim edge.
4 Punch circles from patterned paper, adhere, and adhere buttons. Adhere numbers.
