SUPPLIES: Cardstock: (white) Neenah Paper; (kraft) Hero Arts Patterned paper: (pink flourish, teal circles from Hero Hues collection) Hero Arts; (Hawthorne Ave. from Tricks & Treats collection) Pebbles; (Yellow Quatrefoil from Style Essentials Upscale collection) Echo Park Paper; (green stars from Boys Only 6x6 pad) Doodlebug Design; (blue polka dots) Clear stamp: (sentiment from Apothecary Labels set) Simon Says Stamp Dye ink: (Black) Hero Arts; (Raspberry Fizz, Orange Zest, Harvest Gold, Hawaiian Shores, New Leaf, Enchanted Evening) Papertrey Ink Accents: (rhinestones) Hero Arts Die: (label) Simon Says Stamp Tool: (corner rounder punch) We R Memory Keepers Finished size: 5 1/2" x 4"

1 Make card from cardstock; round corners.
2 Trim patterned paper strips, ink edges, and adhere to card. Note: Adhere some with foam tape.
3 Die-cut label from cardstock.
4 Stamp sentiment on die cut and adhere to card with foam tape.
5 Adhere rhinestones.
