1 Make card from cardstock; round corners.
2 Trim patterned paper strips, ink edges, and adhere to card. Note: Adhere some with foam tape.
3 Die-cut label from cardstock.
4 Stamp sentiment on die cut and adhere to card with foam tape.
5 Adhere rhinestones.
